I had such an amazing experience when working with Ingrid. She truly goes above and beyond and will take care of you and all of your accommodation needs and preferences. I booked a scooter rental with her for our theme park vacation and she truly thought of everything! She gave us a rain cover, a poncho, and even gave a full in-depth tour on the functions and assembly. We visited the Seven Seas Festival, and of course we stored all our samples in the basket conveniently. 🤣 Additionally, we had a cup holder and lots of space on the back of the scooter as well. The battery lasts all day long and charging is super simple. Ingrid is always on time for delivery, and she even delivers straight to your hotel or wherever your requested drop-off location happens to be in the San Antonio area. I will never work with anyone else, and I truly recommend her services to absolutely everyone. Thank you so much, Ingrid! You're the best! 😊

Great experience, they delivered and picked up, and the equipment was just what we needed for a disabled family member who was visiting from out of town.

River City Wheels was so helpful to me. We had a storm two days before we left for San Antonio. My scooter needed to be charged, but I had no power/electricity. The Grand Hyatt Concierge suggested that I contact this company so I could rent a small scooter to use. All my requests were met promptly and courteously. I highly recommend and so appreciate their professional treatment!!!

The owner/operator of River City Wheels MS Ingrid was very nice while demonstrating the electric scooter we rented from her and even answered the phone when I had a couple of follow-up questions. She's a one woman operation and she gets the job done delivering, demonstrating and picking up the scooters. I highly recommend her services. You won't be disappointed.

Super friendly customer service. Ingrid was always in touch throughout the process of renting the wheelchair and it worked wonderfully. My mom wouldn’t have been able to experience San Antonio without this service. Highly recommend to anyone needing mobility services.
